Jon has over 20 years of experience in Commercial and Operational leadership roles within Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health organizations.
Before joining Promeniq, Jon worked for Elanco Animal Health & Novartis Animal Health in various US based roles. During his time at Elanco he was tasked with designing, hiring, and then leading the US Commercial Operations function at Elanco Animal Health. This department was the lead for all Sales Services & Sales Reporting for all business units in North America. While at Elanco he also was the design lead on the North America Compensation Committee and member of the Global Design Council. While at Novartis, Jon started his career as a Sales Representative and then moved into Sales Management roles leading large districts with 12+ Sales Representatives.
Over the 20+ years of Jon’s experience in the corporate world in both Sales Management and Senior Director Level roles has aided in Jon’s effective sales strategies and successful management skills, preparing him for his position at Promeniq.
Jon knew that Promeniq was on the cusp of something great, and felt an overwhelming desire to be a part of developing Promeniq into the best Men’s Health organization in the United States. He saw the difference Promeniq makes in peoples’ lives, hearing their success stories through Promeniq’s revolutionary treatments. Jon hopes to expand Promeniq’s presence across the U.S. to help men achieve their sexual and personal goals.
Jon received a Bachelor's degree in Sales Management from the University of Akron.
