Kirk is an accomplished healthcare professional with more than 35 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions including Director, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer, and now serves as the Market Director for Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic in Colorado. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to organizational growth, strong leadership, and mentorship within every team he has guided.

Having worked across nearly every specialty in healthcare, Kirk brings a broad and comprehensive understanding of the field. His ability to lead diverse teams, drive performance, and implement effective strategies has made him a trusted and influential leader. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Phoenix in Arizona and credits much of his success to the exceptional mentors who have shaped his career.

Kirk considers it a privilege to be part of the Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic team, where he continues to make a meaningful impact in men’s health. He is passionate about fostering a supportive environment that helps patients achieve confidence and well-being. Outside of work, Kirk enjoys spending time in the mountains and exploring off-road trails on the weekends.

Greg Osmun is the Market Director at Tri-State Men’s Health, bringing a wealth of experience in sales, strategic accounts, and patient-focused healthcare solutions. He joined the company in 2023, driven by his commitment to providing men the best treatment and care while enhancing patient experiences.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and has built an impressive career spanning over two decades in the animal health and healthcare industries. His professional journey includes key roles at Pharmacia & Upjohn, Novartis Animal Health, Elanco Animal Health, P3 Technologies, and now, TriState Men’s Health, where he has excelled in key account and sales management, and commercial integration.

In his current role, Greg is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on both the patients Tri-State Men’s Health serves and the professional development of its employees. His passion lies in helping men restore the performance they desire, ultimately improving their overall health and quality of life. He is proud to be part of a Promeniq Partner practice, which delivers a differentiated, five-star patient experience by always putting patients first and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys traveling with his family and spending quality time with his kids. At home, he stays busy with his three Labrador Retrievers, who keep life fun and full of energy.

With more than 20 years of operational leadership experience, Jeremy has strategically scaled multiple privately-held companies across a variety of industries. Prior to joining the Promeniq team, he served as the COO of an international construction firm, leading global teams performing US government contracts in more than 130 countries world-wide.

Jeremy is an avid health, wellness and fitness enthusiast. After discovering the work Promeniq was pioneering in the field of men’s wellness, he was eager to join the team. The opportunity to marry his business leadership acumen with his personal passion for health has been a dream come true.

Jeremy completed his BA from the University of Alabama in 2003 and went on to earn additional graduate certifications at Auburn University in Supply Chain Management and Global Distribution.

Jared is an established partner with Promeniq, but even more than that, he is a people-person. Since joining the Promeniq team, he has been developing and supporting staff to more efficiently and effectively get men the help they deserve. With roughly 20 years’ experience in both human and animal pharmaceuticals, along with expertise in sales, marketing, and operations, Jared has spent years building teams through effective hiring and coaching to create an ideal working culture and get the most out of every individual.

After seeing the great work Promeniq provides for their patients, it was a no brainer for Jared to join. He wanted to join a company that had the integrity, ethics, and skill set to aid thousands of men, all while working with a great leadership team made up with friends he could trust.

Jared believes that Promeniq is changing the narrative behind men’s health. It is a topic that has typically been silenced, but he wants men to seek help regarding their sexual health issues. Jared believes that men shouldn’t have to sacrifice the things they enjoy doing, including sex, through all stages of life.

Jared received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University.

Scott McCammon has spent 15 years working within the pharmaceutical industry, holding roles in Sales, Sales Management, Learning and Development, Analytics and Information Technology.

Over the past six years, he developed and oversaw the Global Commercial Reporting and Analytics function for a Fortune 1000 company. Through that role, he helped the organization harness the power of analytics to make data driven decisions across marketing, finance, sales and other internal teams.

He has a unique connection to Promeniq, in that he has personally required hormone replacement therapy for the past 15 years. During his own medical journey he experienced just how hard it can be to receive a diagnosis and get appropriate medical treatment. But now, he knows just how life changing getting quality care can be, and is very excited about providing the same experience to patients across the country. Scott believes Promeniq is the future in men’s healthcare and enjoys seeing the changes Promeniq makes for their patients, day in and day out. 

Scott’s educational background is through Illinois State University, where he earned dual degrees in International Business and Marketing.

Kurt is a business professional with 20-plus years experience in sales, sales management, operations management, distribution relations, and professional services management. Prior to joining Promeniq, he was employed at both Novartis and Eli Lilly which garnered him significant capabilities in the areas of medical protocols, pharmaceuticals, and other associated medical categories. This, coupled with his impressive professional background, have equipped Kurt with the skills to help set Promeniq and their affiliated clinics up for success.

The opportunity to help build the leading organization in the category of Men’s Health inspired Kurt to join the Promeniq team. Wanting to be a part of changing the lives of men across the U.S., Tallstrom believes Promeniq is the place to be. With their world-class patient care teams and high levels of patient satisfaction, Promeniq is actively changing lives for the better, by helping regain their confidence and positively impacting their relationships one day at a time.  

Tallstrom believes that with the excellent medical care, world-class patient care teams and the strong patient satisfaction Promeniq practices provide, that men everywhere can drastically improve their sex lives and overall well-being, and he is very excited to see Promeniq grow.

Kurt received a Bachelor of Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Management from Cumberland University.

Prior to joining the Promeniq team, Erik most recently served as Executive Director of Commercial Operations at Elanco, where he was responsible for a substantial organization on a global scale. With over three decades of experience in Sales, Marketing, R&D, External Manufacturing, and Operations from his work at pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and Novartis, Erik is an excellent fit to aid in Promeniq’s future growth. Along with his 30-plus years of experience, Erik has led several successful multi-billion dollar business integrations, including financial systems, business protocols, logistics and data migrations, which makes him an excellent partner to help grow the Promeniq organization across the United States.

Erik is excited to support the Promeniq group and their affiliate practices in expanding their geographical footprint throughout the US. This will enable more men to receive effective treatments from teams of medical professionals who are expertly trained to provide exceptional care with dignity and discretion. He believes that all men need a readily available medical provider they can easily access who can openly discuss their sexual and restorative health issues with professionalism and once appropriately diagnosed, provide proven treatments to address their concerns. 

In the end, though, Erik joined the Promeniq team because he believes in the vision of the organization — “to be the nation’s leader in fostering men’s sexual and lifestyle health, inspiring robust relationships and igniting passion and vigor for life in the men we serve.” He is inspired by Promeniq’s passion for delivering serious medicine coupled with an excellent patient experience as that is truly what brings success to any organization in the medical profession.

Erik earned a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University with a business emphasis. He has continued his education throughout his career with business and financial programs at Harvard Business School and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Jason is a business professional with over 15 years of broad experience in finance roles in categories such as corporate healthcare, start-up tech, and public accounting. Prior to his tenure in the Promeniq group and his founding of the Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic, he served as a principal in an accounting firm serving smaller organizations and worked with numerous clients in the medical industry.

In 2014, Jason and his brother Jeff founded the first location of the Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic in Denver, Colorado. Since that time, the organization has grown quickly to multiple affiliated practice locations nationwide and treated tens of thousands of men. Now, some ten years later, Jason has been an integral part in leading the organization from that first location to a national, multimillion dollar enterprise through the establishment of strategic partnerships, proper financial and infrastructure planning, and driving for the highest quality in overall implementation.

Jason is committed to creating the nation’s leader in men’s sexual health. His primary goal is to ensure that every Promeniq partner practice is a place where patients receive effective treatment and a comfortable, discreet, and professional experience. At every office across the nation, Jason wants each patient to feel valued, supported, and expertly treated.

Indeed, many of the operational actions implemented by Jason and his partners have created a foundation where all Promeniq affiliated practices have the capacity and skill to serve the men of their communities at the highest level. Through compassion and understanding, along with effective and customizable treatment programs, Jason firmly believes Promeniq has majorly impacted the men’s sexual and restorative health profession for the better… and he is driven to ensure this will continue in the years to come.

Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Dale has over 30 years experience in the in-vitro diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare industries, leading numerous teams in both growing existing categories as well as introducing new product offerings. Indeed, a significant area of Dale’s career has been dedicated to launching new products globally, increasing share in market-leading brands, and driving substantial market expansion in his capacity as an executive for several major pharmaceutical companies.

After seeing the success in the Colorado market, Dale felt drawn to the idea that he could positively impact men’s lives in the men’s sexual health profession, and joined the Dillons in opening Northeast Men's Health in 2017. Since then, Northeast Men’s Health has grown from one office in Salem to a number of offices serving men across the greater Boston Area.

Though he has done much in the medical field, Dale believes the establishment of these high-performing men’s sexual health practices in the northeast to be the greatest accomplishment of his professional career. To date, Northeast Men’s Health has served thousands of men with treatments for a variety of sexual health issues, advanced the already-successful model to help improve all Promeniq partner practices, while simultaneously establishing a highly-fulfilling work environment for his staff.

Dale’s primary goal is to build trust with his patients and have them see all Promeniq affiliated practices as a safe place to be open and honest about some of their most private issues. He is also passionate about de-stigmatizing the narrative around men’s sexual health, and is actively combating these stereotypes through his Promeniq offices in the northeast. By delivering outstanding medical outcomes and treating patients with dignity, respect, and the best care they can provide, Dale believes the Promeniq organization, coupled with their partner practices, are fully equipped to change men’s lives for years to come. 

Dale attended Southern New Hampshire University, where he received a B.S. in Marketing. He then went on to acquire an MBA at the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business.

Jeff is an established business professional with nearly 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and sales management. The majority of his career has been spent in the pharmaceutical industry where he grew several mature brands and launched multiple new brands both in the US and internationally. After his tenure in marketing, Jeff moved into pharmaceutical sales management where he managed a sales team of over 75 associates.

During this time, Jeff saw a growing need in men’s healthcare, and began to focus his study in the area of men’s sexual health. The most obvious area of significance was in the arena of erectile dysfunction given the enormous numbers of men who suffer with the condition yet were unwilling to discuss the topic — even with their physician. Beyond this, the studies around low-testosterone and the growing population of men who were afflicted with low-t also garnered Jeff’s attention. Given that many men are often reluctant to see a doctor on a consistent basis, especially when it comes to erectile dysfunction, Jeff sought to de-stigmatized the topic to open the door for men to talk about their overall health situation. This began the road to evaluate how this might be done in a clinical environment.

In 2014 Jeff and his brother, Jason, opened the first Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic in Denver, Colorado. Since that time, the organization has grown quickly to multiple affiliated practice locations nationwide and treated tens of thousands of men. Jeff’s focus is to create a comfortable environment for men to get the highest level of medical care and outcomes while at the same time receiving a true “five-star” experience.

Jeff is proud to be able to support men through the challenging topic of their sexual health. It is important to him to let men know that there are treatment options that can dramatically change their lives for the better. With the vision for what Promeniq will become, and a world-class management team alongside him, Jeff believes that Promeniq can positively alter the trajectory of the category of men’s sexual health for years to come.

Jeff received his MBA in Marketing and Operations from Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School of Management.
